If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Widow PC purchase, just return it to Widow PC within 30 days of the date of receipt for a refund.  If you received defective hardware we do not charge restocking fees. At this time restocking fees are not charged for most returns.  However at Widow PC's discretion, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to any manufacturer defect returned product.  An RMA# number is required for all returned items and may be obtained from your Widow PC tech support rep.
Unless otherwise stated on the specific product page, desktop PCs are assembled, tested and shipped within 7 - 10 business days. After your order is placed, it takes from 2 - 10 business days before a new system is delivered (UPS Ground) depending on where you live.  APO/FPO shipments are shipping via USPS Priority Mail and may take up to five weeks to arrive (nine weeks for war zone delivery).  Additionally, the USPS does not generate a tracking number for these shipments due to security precautions, but does supply a "registration number" to verify that it was shipped.

We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. Our shipping charges are based on each individual product's weight, and are calculated as determined by Widow PC.   Desktops generally ship in approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days.  Laptops generally ship in 48 to 72 work hours (or 3 business days).  Widow PC does not guarantee any ship times included on this site, nor does Widow PC guarantee any claims made by any carrier.

Sales Taxes
Widow PC charges the applicable sales tax for desktop orders to be delivered to addresses within Ohio and California.  If the customer is tax exempt and provides the required tax exempt information to Widow PC before ordering, there is no sales tax charged in either state.  Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Return PolicyTo return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). To obtain an RMA#, send us an email with your product number, your name, reason you are returning the system and a request for an RMA#.  All returns must be in "as shipped" condition (meaning the same condition as when it shipped and in the same packing materials).  All returns require an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted for refund.  Due to limited stock, replacements for some products may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. Widow PC is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a popular shipping method such as UPS or DHL with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid. The RMA# number that was issued to you should be clearly written on the top of the box.

Unopened products may be returned/refunded for full credit, at Widow PC's discretion, and must be received by Widow PC within 30 days of the original invoice date. The return/refund of any product may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, at Widow PC's discretion, (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by Widow PC within 30 days of the original invoice date. There will be no returns/refunds on opened software or printers. After 30 days of the original invoice date, no returns/refunds on unopened and/or opened product will be accepted. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. Additional time may occur with individual banks.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation processing fee of $50.00 may be applied by Widow PC to any system cancelled before shipping.  
Privacy Policy
Information regarding you or your order and the products you purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization unless required by law.  We define "outside organization" as any person or entity not directly associated with the sales, billing, assembly, testing and shipping of your purchase.  In other words, your personal information is only given to agents of this company that must have that information in order to deliver your purchase to you in an effective manner.  Only the portion of your information that is necessary is shared.  For instance, only our sales and billing department ever see your credit card information.  Our assembly lab and warehouse are not authorized to view customer credit card information.
Toll Free Tech Support for Life
When you purchase a computer from us, we include toll free tech support for that computer for as long as you own the computer.  You receive the toll free tech support along with the tracking number for the computer when the computer ships from our assembly labs.  
Fraud Protection and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology
We utilize multiple fraud protection techniques and technologies to protect ourselves and our customers from unauthorized credit card charges.  We use state-of-the-art 128-bit SSL encryption. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent to us. You can always be aware of a secure page by spotting the lock in the bottom status bar of your browser. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access, both at our offices and at our hosting facility.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Widow PC will cover the $50  liability for you.  We will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made with Widow PC.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures

We have designed our online store to give you options concerning the privacy of your credit card information, name, address, e-mail and any other information you provide us. We are committed to data security with respect to information collected on our site. In addition to the industry standard security measures available through your browser called SSL encryption, we have made a practice to call customers in the event of potential problem with your purchase. Also, you may always contact a sales representative over the telephone in case you prefer to deliver your credit card information via phone.
We actively cooperate and report suspicious activity to the following federal and federally funded fraud protection and prosecution organizations.
